The Mexican company Ventura Entertainment, announced today the partnership
agreement with the world leader in sports entertainment Topgolf®, thus obtaining the exclusive
rights of the brand throughout the Mexican territory.
Ventura Entertainment plans to open 10 complexes located in different parts of the country,
with the name and characteristics of this great concept of entertainment over the next eight
years.
The alliance of Topgolf® with Ventura Entertainment represents the first international association
of this company of English origin in North America.

With an incomparable gaming, food and music experience, Topgolf will inspire people of all ages
and skill levels-even those who do not play golf-to participate in a fun competition. Guests can
enjoy golf games by scoring using microchipped balls that score instantly, as well as showing
players the accuracy and distance of their shots on a screen within their practice bay.
The Topgolf centers in Mexico will also offer, as in any facility of this brand, an exquisite menu
prepared by chefs, sets of free sticks to play, premium beverages, widescreen televisions where all
kinds of sporting events will happen, plus of music and climate control for a pleasant experience
throughout the year. The annual programs will include events for children and families, social
leagues, golf tournaments, golf lessons and much more.

The first resorts in Mexico are planned to start in Mexico City and Cancun, which are expected to
open in 2018. Topgolf and Ventura Entertainment are also exploring possible locations in other parts
of Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara, between others.
